Job overview

Main duties of the job

Under supervision and guidance from the placement supervisor(s) to perform the following tasks- 

  • Scanning and uploading Clinical Documents to RiO (electronic records) 
  • Stock taking and ordering materials 
  • Organising the Art Room, Office, kitchen, storage area 
  • Printing leaflets for OTs and patients. 
  • Behaving at all times in a professional manner. 
  • Be confident when communicating with persons who may have specific difficulties, such mental illness.

 

Have good IT skills including: email (outlook), Microsoft word, excel and power point
