We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised, and compassionate Administrator/Receptionist (Band 3) to join our dedicated team in the Emergency Department at Scarborough Hospital.

Main duties of the job
- Welcoming and registering patients attending the Emergency Department.
- Delivering a courteous and efficient front-of-house service.
- Managing telephone and in-person enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting the wider admin team with clerical tasks as directed.
- Adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
