During the 12 month programme, you will be personally supported by an experienced practitioner (a preceptor), to develop your confidence, clinical skills, and professional values. You will also be supported educationally by a faculty of multi professionals, who will deliver a multitude of teachings, leadership, clinical skills and educational simulation throughout the 12 months.
The preceptorship programme includes 14 study days covering a range of bespoke topics and a comprehensive preceptorship handbook to support development in practice, and provide you with a foundation for continuous professional development in the future.
