Our Housekeeping Supervisors support a large team of Housekeepers and Ward Hosts who are responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the Trust and delivering a first class meal and beverage service to our patients.  You need to be confident and flexible, with an ability to think on your feet.  Staying calm in challenging situations and reacting positively to the ever changing needs of the service is paramount. This is a busy, physically active role where excellent communication is at the center of everything you do. Main duties of the job

Train, evaluate and instruct new starters and existing staff in the role of housekeeping, ward Host hostess, deep clean, response.

Keeping all records and training for the Trust updated.
