We have full time, part time available, please note at this time we are not recruiting to any Bank positions.
The Trust aims to foster a culture of continuous learning. We appreciate and value the contribution of our Clinical Support Worker workforce, and we support the opportunity for apprenticeships and other training to help you progress through the pay scale. Many of our Clinical Support Worker have trained to Senior Clinical Support Worker level and some are now training to ‘top up’ to Registered Nurses.
The role of the Clinical Support Worker in the Trust is different depending upon the ward or department the role is based, however you would be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation.

- On the day of the interview, you will need to bring full ID documents including Right to Work documentation and UKVI documentation (If applicable).
- If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons
Right to Work documentation:
- Passport (if external to UK please bring your UKVI share codes)
- A British birth certificate along with evidence of National Insurance Number
Additionally you will need to provide two proofs of address such as:
• Bank statement or utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)
• Tenancy agreement / Mortgage Statement/ Council Tax statement (Dated within the last 12 months)
• Driving Licence (In current address and valid)

- Care Certificate (This is mandatory to undertake in the first 12 weeks of employment commencing)
- Ability to cover a variety of shifts over 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays
